During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible. Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
