The specific cancellation policy is as follows: If a tourist applies for cancellation 8 days (excluding the day of departure) or more before the departure date, the order can be canceled free of charge. If a tourist applies for cancellation 7 to 4 days before the departure date, a 30% fee of the order will be charged. If a tourist applies for cancellation 3 to 2 days before the departure date, 60% of the order fee will be charged. If a tourist applies for cancellation 1 day before the departure date or on the departure date, 100% of the order fee will be charged. Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the actual losses of the event organizer, the consumer shall compensate the event organizer for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee. [About Dining]: The entire trip includes 6 hotel breakfasts; an additional 1 camping breakfast and 1 camping dinner are provided; other meals are not included, and guests can choose authentic local restaurants along the way based on the RV team leader's recommendations or Dianping. Note: Meal ingredients need to be prepared in advance, so no refunds will be given for non-participation.
3. [Vehicle Arrangement]: C-type RVs are used throughout the trip, with priority given to SAIC Maxus or Iveco C-type RVs. Airport/train station drop-off is available on the last day.
4. [Scenic Spot Tickets]: First entrance tickets to scenic spots during the trip: first entrance ticket to Colorful Danxia (including shuttle bus ticket), first entrance ticket to Jiayuguan Pass, Mogao Grottoes ticket (including shuttle bus ticket), first entrance ticket to Mingsha Mountain, Petroleum Town ticket (excluding sightseeing car ticket), first entrance ticket to Emerald Lake, first entrance ticket to Water Yadan (including shuttle bus ticket), first entrance ticket to Chaka Salt Lake (excluding small train, cruise, etc.). Note: The ticket-grabbing team will, as always, dedicate themselves to grabbing Mogao Grottoes Class A tickets for everyone in shifts, to maximize the chances for companions to enter the Mogao Grottoes. (Tickets for Mogao Grottoes have always been hard to come by. The principle is to register more than 30 days in advance for the highest success rate in grabbing tickets.) If Class A tickets are sold out, Class B tickets will also be grabbed for everyone, and the price difference will be refunded.
5. [Experience Content]: Qinghai Lake lakeside cycling experience, mural reproduction, camping experience
6. [Staff]: One full-time RV housekeeper for the entire trip (responsible for driving and logistics) + one full-time online itinerary housekeeper (WeChat group)
7. [Tour Guide]: No tour guide. The RV butler serves as both driver and guide throughout the journey (only providing simple explanations en route, not accompanying visits to attractions).
8. [Public Equipment]: Branded outdoor tables and chairs, outdoor consumables;
9. [Other items]: Tolls, fuel costs, bridge tolls, and the housekeeper's accommodation and meal expenses for the entire journey, etc.
10. [Complimentary Items] Travel accident insurance, aerial photography of Chaka Salt Lake, one case of mineral water. Note: For the complimentary items listed above, no refunds will be given if they are not taken or participated in due to weather conditions or personal reasons.
11. [Ticket Description] Tickets for the scenic area are purchased under a real-name system. Please correctly fill in the traveler's name and ID number when registering. If incorrect information leads to an erroneous ticket issuance, you will bear the responsibility and automatically forfeit insurance coverage.
