This two-hour wine tasting takes place on the Aeolian Islands in Italy and focuses on the expression of terroir through local wine classics. A sommelier leads the session, explaining the vineyard's agronomic methods, wine production, and overall wine project. The experience includes a guided tour of the winery followed by a walk through the vineyard. Participants taste three glasses of wine, each paired with a cutting board featuring a gastronomic selection from Castellaro Bistrot. Bottled water is provided during the tasting. Private transportation to and from the venue is not included. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

A journey through time to discover the great classics of the Tenuta di Castellaro. The tasting includes three glasses of wine: Bianco Pomice Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT, Nero Ossidiana Terre Siciliane Rosso IGT and Malvasia delle Lipari DOC passito with a selection of daily gastronomic proposal from Castellaro Bistrot. The visit can take place along with a party of other visitors and lasts two hours. Available every day at 12.30pm, booking is required
