This tour takes place near Fairbanks, Alaska, at an Alaskan mountaintop cabin located within Aurora Camp. The cabin sits on ten acres of open land and offers a full 360-degree unobstructed view of the sky for Northern Lights viewing. Guests can watch the aurora both indoors in a heated cabin and outdoors in a large yard. The tour lasts about four and a half hours. A professional guide monitors aurora activity throughout the evening using a live camera feed and assists guests with photographing the Northern Lights to help capture clear images during peak displays. Included in the tour are an aurora postcard, snacks, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and an aurora certificate. Alcoholic beverages and gratuities are not included. The setting provides a spacious, quiet environment away from crowds, designed for comfortable aurora viewing and photography.

Relax in a spacious, mountaintop aurora viewing cabin near Murphy Dome, designed for comfort, visibility, and extended Northern Lights viewing. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks while staying warm indoors as you watch the night sky. When aurora activity increases, guests are free to step outside into our vast 10-acre open yard, offering 360° unobstructed sky views and wide, barrier-free sightlines for optimal aurora viewing and photography. A professional guide continuously monitors aurora activity using a live aurora camera, helping determine the best moments to view and photograph the Northern Lights both indoors and outdoors. On the tour day, final details will be confirmed with you. If you’ve booked a transfer service, departures typically occur between 9:00–9:30 p.m., with flexible options available, including airport drop-offs. We look forward to hosting you at Aurora Camp.
