Overview

This 30-minute dog sledding and mushing experience takes place near Fairbanks in the North Pole area of Alaska. Participants sit in a sled while an experienced guide stands on the back, controlling the team of Alaskan Huskies by voice commands as they travel along snow-covered forest trails. During the ride, there is a short stop to meet the dog team and take photos. All necessary winter outerwear is provided, including jackets, boots, gloves, bibs, and neck gaiters, to keep guests warm throughout the activity. Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts. The minimum age to participate is five years old. Passengers over 250 pounds (113 kilograms) must purchase two tickets. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included.
