Visitors can use the Surf’s Up wave rider to practice surfing skills and enjoy access to Splashers Kids’ Play Area for children under 1.2 meters tall. The waterpark operates from 9:30 AM until sunset, and tickets can be used anytime during operating hours without a fixed entry time. There are two ticket options: access to Aquaventure Waterpark alone or a combo ticket that adds entry to the Lost World Aquarium. The aquarium contains 21 exhibits showcasing 65,000 marine animals. The ticket includes a complimentary Dolphin Discovery Presentation and child life jackets are available inside the waterpark. Food, drinks, private transportation, Aqua Xpress fast pass, behind-the-scenes aquarium tours, and photos are not included. Guests must bring a printed voucher to the Ticketing Plaza for entry. Children over 1.2 meters tall or older than 7 must have an adult ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate swimwear is required, and bringing outside food or drinks into the park is prohibited.
