Participants can choose between premium Giant™ Talon or Trek Powerfly 4 electric bikes, recommended for full enjoyment, or pedal bikes for experienced riders. A minimum height of 150 cm applies for e-bike riders. The tour includes a return shuttle from Queenstown to Arrowtown, plus helmets, maps, locks, and repair kits. Local tips on the best stops along the route are provided. Stops include Arrowtown, known for its preserved gold rush-era buildings; the scenic Arrow River with remnants of the gold mining era; the historic Lower Shotover Bridge and Shotover River; Lake Wakatipu, New Zealand’s longest lake; and the Southern Discoveries Bridge over the Arrow River. Cafés and restaurants are available along the trail but food and drinks are not included. Door-to-door pickup is only available for direct bookings.
