Welcome to Balik Pulau! We offer two activity sessions: one in the morning and one in the evening. Morning Session: Pick-up from Georgetown at 09:00. Enjoy breakfast (own expense) and explore village life. Visit the local nutmeg industry to learn about its history, then explore the container arts in the paddy fields. Learn about belacan production at a local factory, try some snacks, and don’t miss the famous Penang laksa (own expense). Return to Georgetown by 13:00. Evening Session: Pick-up from Georgetown at 16:00. Admire mural art and learn about the oldest Hakka Catholic church. Explore container arts in the paddy fields, enjoy tea at Loveuu Teafarm, and watch a stunning sunset at Malindo Beach. Return to Georgetown by 20:00.
