Physical tickets can only be redeemed during business hours.
No toddler fare is available.
Each designated facility can only be used once during the ticket’s validity period. From the first use of a facility, the 1-Day Pass is valid for 24 hours, while the 2-Day Pass is valid for 48 hours. Even with a 2-Day Pass, each facility can only be used once. The operating dates, hours, closure days, usage conditions, and other details of designated facilities are subject to change. Please check the official information for each facility before purchasing and before use. Once the ticket has been exchanged for a physical ticket, cancellations, refunds, or reissuance due to personal reasons will not be accepted. Transportation costs are not included in the ticket price. Travelers are responsible for transportation expenses to and from the designated facilities.
