This tour takes you on a 40-minute electric catamaran ride through Mosquito Bay in Vieques, known as the brightest bioluminescent bay recorded by the Guinness Book of World Records. The boat is a 24-foot electric catamaran equipped with air conditioning and emergency life jackets for safety. Pickup is located in front of the Sunbay Beach entrance. On board, you will see the tiny bioluminescent organisms that cause the water to glow when disturbed. Weather permitting, you can also watch the stars appear in the night sky while you float over the glowing water. Ferry tickets to and from Vieques are not included, and a one-night stay is required to take part in the tour. It is recommended to stay in Esperanza for easy access. Note that gratuities, alcoholic drinks, public transportation, and government fees are not included. The operator requires a minimum of six guests to run the tour, and you must have confirmed your ferry and accommodation before booking. The tour provider considers unconfirmed guests as no-shows.
