You will receive an aquarium admission ticket at the activity date at the shop The aquarium ticket is valid for 10 days from the date of your diving/snorkeling experience Scheduled courses will proceed even in rainy weather, provided that sea conditions are not adverse Cancellations due to the customer's circumstances (such as tardiness or illness) will incur a cancellation fee If the area around the Blue Cave is rough, the course will be changed to a different nearby point for safety The tour may be cancelled at the last minute due to sudden deterioration of the weather or poor sea conditions, with safety in mind Cancellations due to course changes will also be subject to a cancellation fee No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, flight cancellations, or deterioration of sea conditions
