Cooking-class-with-wine-tasting

The experience begins with opening a bottle of wine for Aperitivo alongside a homemade pizza prepared fresh on site. Participants will learn to make two types of pasta from scratch: tortelloni and tagliatelle, accompanied by two sauces, ragu' (Bolognese) and fresh cherry tomato with basil. The dough is made manually with instruction on technique and tips. During the meal, a guided wine tasting introduces several Italian wines, including pinot noir, pinot grey, cabernet franc, and chardonnay from local producers, with explanations of each bottle's background and food pairing. Dessert is tiramisu made using a family recipe passed down for over 80 years. A small red cat named "ragu" is present in the house.
