This three-day Cairns Super Saver package includes a full-day Outer Great Barrier Reef cruise, a Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation tour, and a Kuranda Rail and Skyrail experience. On the first day, the 35-metre catamaran Evolution departs Cairns at 8:00 am for a full day on the reef. The cruise visits two reef locations such as Hastings Reef, Saxon Reef, or Norman Reef, spending about five hours snorkelling with all equipment and personal flotation aids provided. A barbecue lunch with salads and breads is served on board, and on the return trip, guests receive a complimentary glass of wine with cheese and biscuits. Optional upgrades for scuba diving or a scenic helicopter flight are available at extra cost. On the second day, the tour begins with the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, which glides over the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area rainforest canopy. After descending, there is free time to walk through Kuranda town. The day concludes with the Kuranda Scenic Railway ride back to Cairns, passing over century-old bridges and tunnels through Barron Gorge National Park rainforest. The third day features a full-day Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation tour by 4WD with a local guide. The guide leads a walk through the ancient rainforest and along Cape Tribulation’s beaches. The day includes a one-hour river cruise with wildlife commentary and opportunities to spot crocodiles. There is also time for a freshwater swim in the rainforest, lunch with the group, and tropical fruit ice cream. Tea, coffee, and a morning snack are provided on the reef and rainforest days. Entry fees, taxes, and all listed inclusions are covered. Accommodation and meals on the Skyrail/Kuranda day are not included. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Special dietary requirements can be arranged with advance notice.
