Overview

This four-hour Cape Town Animal Ocean Safari offers a guided boat trip along the ocean coast of Hout Bay. A professional skipper and marine guides lead the trip, providing educational commentary about the marine wildlife and environment. Participants can expect to see dolphins, seabirds, and other ocean animals in their natural habitat while cruising near the coastline with views of surrounding mountains. The boat is equipped with all necessary safety and marine equipment, and a safety briefing is given before departure. After the safari, guests have access to the Safari Centre’s facilities, including hot showers, changing rooms, WiFi, a lounge, and a garden for relaxation. Transfers to the Snorkel Centre, camera rentals, and gratuities are not included. The trip requires a minimum of four participants and allows a maximum of ten. Children must be at least ten years old to join. The activity depends on weather conditions and is not recommended for pregnant travelers over six months.
