This 7 to 8-hour tour begins with pickup from accommodations in Sorrento and transfer to the marina. Guests board a local boat with a skipper and tour guide who provide commentary throughout the trip. The boat sails around the island of Capri, passing points of interest including the White Grotto, the Green Grotto (weather permitting), the Faraglioni rock formations, the Punta Carena lighthouse, the Natural Arch, and Marina Grande, the main port where tour boats dock. There are scheduled stops for swimming in the clear Mediterranean waters. Onboard refreshments include Prosecco, snacks, one drink per guest, and water. Lifejackets and assistance are provided for safety. Upon arrival at Marina Piccola, guests disembark and have four hours of free time to explore the island independently. During this time, visitors can walk through the Piazzetta, visit the Gardens of Augustus, or travel to Anacapri to take the chairlift to the island’s highest point and visit Villa San Michele. A map and additional information about Capri are provided on the boat to assist with exploration. The tour includes gasoline, passenger insurance, onboard WiFi, and a limoncello tasting. Snorkeling gear and towels are available to rent for an additional fee. Access to the Blue Grotto is not included and requires a separate ticket.
