A professional chef then guides the group step-by-step through preparing traditional Sichuan dishes in a cozy, well-equipped kitchen. After cooking, participants sit down to taste the dishes they made, accompanied by beers or other beverages. The price includes light refreshments, lunch or dinner depending on the class timing, an English-speaking guide, recipes, all food ingredients, beverages or beer, food tasting, and the market tour.
