Activity Introduction Tea Picking and Production Experience An experience activity for picking tea and making green tea: tea picking, stir-frying to fix the green, rolling the tea, drying, and then drinking the tea. Each participant can take home a packet of green tea (approximately 30g). Tea Cake Pressing Experience Weighing the tea, bagging, steaming to soften, shaping, pressing into a cake, unbagging, and drying. Each participant can take home a packet of green tea (approximately 30g). The tea garden is open all year round. The tea picking experience is available from April to November each year; the tea cake pressing experience is available all year round.
