Overview

The Denali National Park ATV Trailblazer 3.5 Hour Tour covers about 20 miles through the Alaskan Boreal Forest near Denali National Park. Participants ride either single-rider ATVs or multi-passenger side-by-side ATVs at speeds up to 30 mph on trails that pass through taiga, mountain-fed creek beds, boggy tundra, and glacial moraine areas. The tour includes approximately two and a half hours of riding on trails that offer challenges suitable for all experience levels. Along the route, there are stops for photography, wildlife viewing, and visits to historic archaeological dig sites. The guide provides information on local topics such as making fireweed tea and survival skills. All necessary equipment is provided. Hotel pickup and drop-off are available from select hotels. Riders should be at least 16 years old to drive an ATV, and children must be accompanied by an adult. The tour operates in all weather conditions, and appropriate clothing is recommended due to exposure and possible mud.
