Overview

This Abu Dhabi desert safari lasts about six hours and begins with hotel pickup in a 4x4 vehicle. The trip starts by driving approximately 78 kilometers to Al Khatim Desert, a quiet area with rolling sand dunes that provide a challenging terrain for dune bashing. Participants will experience a thrilling ride over the dunes with bumps and drops along the way. After dune bashing, the group moves to a desert camp where several activities take place. Visitors can try sandboarding and skiing on the dunes, ride camels, and take photos wearing traditional Arabic costumes. The evening program includes live performances such as belly dancing, Tanoura spinning, and a fire show. Guests can also watch a falcon photoshoot and take sunset photos from the top dunes. The camp offers Arabic coffee, tea, dates, water, and soft drinks. Henna tattoos and shisha are available at the camp as well. A hot barbecue dinner is served during the evening, and guests have the opportunity to enjoy stargazing while sitting in the dark desert. The only optional extra is quad bike rental, which is not included in the price.
