The Dubai Desert 4x4 Safari with Camp Activities and BBQ Dinner lasts approximately six hours and starts with pickup from the hotel or residence in Dubai by a licensed professional driver in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser. The first part of the tour is a 45-minute dune bashing session in the Lahbab desert around sunset, offering opportunities for photography of the desert landscape. After dune bashing, the group travels to a desert camp where guests receive a traditional welcome with Arabic tea, coffee, sweets, and fresh fruits. At the camp, visitors can take part in camel riding, sand boarding, henna painting, and use the sheesha (hubbly bubbly) smoking facility. Guests also have the option to wear Arabic dress for photography. Dinner is served as an international buffet featuring barbecue options with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, coffee, and bottled water are included with the meal. Evening entertainment at the camp consists of a full light and sound show on stage and around the camp, a fire show, two Tanoura dance performances, and two live belly dance shows accompanied by traditional Arabic music. After the activities and dinner, guests are driven back to their hotel or residence in Dubai. The tour operates on a shared basis with up to six people per vehicle.
