This 6-7 hour desert safari in Dubai includes a pickup from your location by air-conditioned 4x4 SUV and transfer to the Red Sand Desert on the Hatta/Oman road near Sharjah. The drive takes about one hour. Upon arrival, there is a 30-minute stop for restroom use and optional shopping for traditional headscarves, followed by a self-driven ATV experience. The tour continues with about two and a half hours of dune bashing across the large soft dunes, sandboarding, and stops for photos in the desert. After these activities, the group moves on to a Bedouin-style desert camp for three hours. Here, guests can enjoy camel riding, henna tattoo application, and take photos wearing traditional costumes. Entertainment includes belly dance, tanoura dance, and fire shows. An international buffet dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian BBQ options and sweet dishes is served.
