This private city tour of Dubai lasts about four and a half hours, combining modern landmarks and traditional neighborhoods. The tour begins with hotel pickup in a private air-conditioned vehicle and includes a guided drive past Dubai’s futuristic skyline and upscale Jumeirah district. There is a photo stop outside the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel, which stands 321 meters tall. Visitors also see the Jumeirah Mosque from outside, a large white stone mosque styled after medieval Fatimid architecture with twin minarets and a central dome. The tour continues with a 30-minute abra ride across Dubai Creek from Bur Dubai to the Deira district. After the boat ride, the guide leads a walk through the Spice Souk’s many stalls selling herbs, spices, and sweets. Guests then have free time to visit the nearby Gold Souk and browse its many jewelry shops. The tour ends with a hotel drop-off.
