Overview

Dubrovnik, often called the Pearl of the Adriatic, is a historic coastal city in Croatia known for its city walls, old churches, and stone streets. This 12-hour group day trip from Split or Trogir includes a guided walking tour through Dubrovnik's Old Town. The tour begins with a visit to the Franciscan Church and Monastery, a large complex on Dubrovnik’s main street, Placa, featuring a monastery, church, library, and pharmacy. Next, the group views the Rector's Palace and then Fort Lovrijenac. The guide leads a one-hour walk along Stradun, the main street that runs 300 meters through the Old Town, surrounded by the city walls. After that, guests have about four hours to explore the Old Town independently, learning about its history and monuments. After the time in Dubrovnik, the group travels along the Adriatic coast, passing villages such as Orašac and Trsteno, and with views of Salona and the Elaphiti islands. The trip stops in Ston for a 30-minute break where participants can taste fresh oysters (optional). The return journey continues to Split or Trogir by air-conditioned vehicle equipped with onboard WiFi. The tour includes a local certified guide and driver but does not cover food, drinks, or gratuities.
