The activity is not recommended for participants afraid of heights. Participants are required to concentrate and follow instructions to complete the zipline courses safely. The accepted age range for the Yunque Ziplining tour is between 7 and 68 years. Most participants over the age of 65, even very active ones, usually cannot keep up the required pace, cope with the harsh terrain, and regularly do not complete the adventure. This often slows the group and can create a safety hazard. All guests must complete a waiver and medical questionnaire on the day of the activity. Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session and remain together at all times. Reservations made less than 12 hours before the tour require a call to check availability. Customers are advised to pre-authorize total charges with their credit card company to avoid declined payments, especially for charges outside their country of origin. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour results in full charge. Cancellation notices must be sent by email. If EcoRainforest cancels the tour, a full refund is given. No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows or incomplete participation. EcoRainforest may cancel the activity if minimum participants are not met 24 hours before or for safety reasons, with full credit or refund provided. The tour proceeds in rain but will be canceled only for severe weather or natural disasters without charge. The cardholder of the credit card used for payment must be present on the day of the tour with the physical credit card and valid photo ID. If the cardholder is absent, photocopies of the credit card and photo ID must be submitted. Without photo ID, participation is denied with no refund. Photos of the credit card and photo ID will be taken on the day of the tour. Guests are responsible for informing all participants of these terms and conditions.
At booking, weights must be given in pounds; if kilograms are submitted, pounds will be assumed, which may cause reservation denial if over weight limits.
