Overview
Everest Base Camp is located in the Himalayas and is a destination for serious trekking. This 16-day hiking trip covers about 14 days of walking through the Everest region, following trails alongside the Dudh Koshi river and through rhododendron forests. Along the way, trekkers will see glaciers, icefalls, and waterfalls. The route offers views of several high mountains including Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,855 m), Mt. Pumori (7,161 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,856 m), Mt. Thamserku (6,723 m), and Mt. Kusum Kanguru (6,367 m). The trek is challenging and requires good physical fitness. Private transportation is included for transfers. Lunch and dinner are not included in the price.
