Overview

Every day, one-hour solo piano concerts of Chopin's music take place at 20/22 Kanonia Street in Warsaw Old Town. The concerts are held in a historic townhouse located near a small square with an old bell, just behind St. John’s Cathedral. The venue is within walking distance of both the Royal Castle and the Old Town Market Square. Leading Polish pianists perform various interpretations of Chopin’s masterpieces. Guests may choose VIP seating in the front rows for a closer view. Each concert includes a complimentary glass of traditional Polish honey wine. The venue also features photographic exhibitions by Polish and international artists. The dress code for the concerts is smart casual. DVDs of the performances are available for purchase but are not included with the concert ticket.

Kanonia Street Concert Venue

The concerts are held at 20/22 Kanonia Street, in a historic townhouse located by a small square with an old bell, just behind St. John’s Cathedral. This location is an easy walk from both the Royal Castle and the Old Town Market Square. The project was created out of passion for Chopin’s music by a group of professional musicians who share their interpretations with guests. The daily concerts allow audiences to hear different renditions of Chopin’s compositions performed by pianists who have won numerous Polish and international competitions and festivals.
