Overview

This two-hour cycling tour in Florence highlights the city's Renaissance heritage by visiting its major landmarks on a comfortable vintage-style bike. The tour moves through narrow city streets, passing key sites such as Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, and Piazza della Repubblica. Participants cycle along important historic routes while the guide provides commentary on each stop. The tour is offered as a small group with a maximum of 12 riders or as a private option with a dedicated guide. Helmets are provided, and earphones are supplied for groups larger than six to hear the guide clearly. A water bottle is included for each participant. From March 2026, the meeting point is located at Via della Mosca 10/r, Florence. The route includes stops at Piazza della Repubblica, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Basilica di San Lorenzo, Via de' Tornabuoni, Ponte Santa Trinita, Piazza Santo Spirito, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria. Each location is briefly explored while cycling between them. The tour proceeds in most weather conditions; in heavy rain, it may switch to a walking tour. Guests must bring rain gear if choosing to ride in rain. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No hotel pickup or drop-off is included, and food or drinks are not provided unless specified.

If weather improves during the tour, the group will try to resume biking when possible. Guests have two options on rainy days: 1) continue the tour hoping the weather clears, understanding no refund or discount will be given if bikes are not ridden or if the bike tour is shortened due to rain; 2) receive a rain check voucher equal to the amount paid, usable the next day or later, subject to availability. The voucher is transferable, can be sold or given to others, lasts up to one year from the date issued, and may be applied to any other tour by the company. Guests must have proper rain gear if choosing to ride in rain. They should arrive 15 minutes before departure to check weather and decide. No-shows will not be refunded.
Children and teens under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult, or they will be excluded without refund.
