Overview

This four-hour Tuscan cooking class and dinner takes place in a well-equipped cooking school in Florence, Italy. Participants learn to prepare a traditional four-course Tuscan meal using seasonal and organic ingredients. The menu includes a starter, first course, second course, and dessert. A multilingual professional chef leads the class with the help of a cooking assistant. Groups are divided so that no more than 15 people are assigned to each chef, allowing for more personal guidance. After the cooking session, guests sit down to enjoy the dinner made during the class, accompanied by Tuscan wine and drinks in a friendly atmosphere.
