Participants learn to prepare a traditional four-course Tuscan meal using seasonal and organic ingredients. The menu includes a starter, first course, second course, and dessert. A multilingual professional chef leads the class with the help of a cooking assistant. Groups are divided so that no more than 15 people are assigned to each chef, allowing for more personal guidance. After the cooking session, guests sit down to enjoy the dinner made during the class, accompanied by Tuscan wine and drinks in a friendly atmosphere. A recipe booklet is provided for participants to take home. The course does not include hotel pick-up or drop-off, and gratuities are not included. Participants must be at least 10 years old to join. It is important to arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot join or reschedule. Food intolerances or allergies should be communicated in advance. The cooking team is vaccinated for Covid-19, and severe celiac disease is a contraindication due to possible contamination.
