Overview

This full-day boat tour in San Andrés lasts about seven hours and includes visits to over seven snorkeling spots around the bay. The tour moves at a relaxed pace, allowing travelers to snorkel at different locations where they can observe marine life and plants. Music plays on board with a selection of current popular songs, and an icebox keeps drinks cold throughout the trip. Life jackets are provided for all participants, and alcoholic drinks are available on the boat. The tour begins with a slow navigation through the Old Point Red Mangroves, where guides explain the local fauna and flora and guests can take photos at the mural “El Ojo” by artist Jota. At Manawar Point, there is a bathroom stop and about an hour of snorkeling, with chances to see colorful fish, starfish, sea cucumbers, and sometimes large seagulls. El Palito is next, known for its lively atmosphere where pontoons gather to enjoy music and socializing. At the Mundo Marino spot near San Andrés Island, guests put on life jackets for snorkeling in water around three meters deep, which is known for its diverse marine species. The tour then reaches Cayo Acuario, stopping at Bibi’s Place for lunch at a restaurant on Haines Cay; lunch is not included and must be paid for individually. Instagram Beach offers a scenic location ideal for photos and manta ray spotting. Another stop at Cayo Acuario provides an opportunity to swim alongside manta rays without touching them. The final point, White Watta, features floating bars named Ibiza and Raizal where music and the atmosphere conclude the day. Snorkeling equipment is not included, and participants must bring their own masks due to biosafety protocols. Lunch is not part of the tour price. Guests can bring their own drinks without restriction.
