This private desert safari in Cairo lasts about 4 to 5 hours and covers the main Giza pyramid complex. The tour begins with hotel pickup by an Egyptologist guide who leads you to the pyramids of Giza, including King Khufu's pyramid, where you can walk around and see the ruins of the funerary temple. You will enter Queen Hetepheres' pyramid, the only one in Egypt where treasures were found, unless it is Friday or Saturday when it is closed; in that case, entry to the third pyramid is offered instead. Next, the tour proceeds to the Pyramid Complex of Khafre where you see the pyramid with its limestone cap and go inside King Menkaure's pyramid, known for its granite outer layer. Then, visit the panoramic area for photos of the three pyramids and enjoy a camel ride with views of all three.
