Ticket: How to redeem - Present your mobile voucher - Please login to app/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher - Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue - Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot open unless there is internet access - Please do not operate the ticket by yourself. It must be operated by the staff of the facility. If the ticket shows "used", then the ticket is no longer valid - Present this voucher to the staff at the entrance gate for direct entry. It cannot be used on dates other than the specified date. ・“Admission Ticket Attraction Free Pass” cannot be canc elled for any reason on the day of use. ・With ”Admission Ticket Attraction Free Pass”, you can directly enter without lining up at the on site ticket counter. Show this ticket to the gate staff, and you will receive an “Attraction Free Pass” at the gate. ・“Admission Ticket + Free Pass” can also be purchased on the day at the on site window. ・There are two methods to enjoy attractions: the "Attraction Free Pass" which allows unlimited enjoyment, or the "Attraction Ticket Booklet " which involves payin g for a specified number of rides for each attraction. ・"Attraction Tickets Booklet " are sold only on site. ・ I f you are using “ Attraction T icket Booklet ”, you will need to pay the admission fee separately at the on site location. ・ If you're planning to play all day, the "Attraction Free Pass" is a great value. Free for children aged 0-2 Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults For safety reasons, each attraction at this facility has usage restrictions (height, age, accompanying persons, etc.). Even if you have purchased a free pass, you will not be able to use the attractions if you do not meet the usage restrictions set by each attraction. In the event of inclement weather, operations may be cancelled. In such cases, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site. Payment within the park is only accepted in "cash (Japanese Yen)" or "credit card." Attractions can be enjoyed through two methods: the "Attraction Free Pass" or the"Attraction Ticket Booklet ". The "Attraction Ticket Booklet " is available for pu rchaseon site. If using the ticket option, separate admission fees need to be paid on site. "Attraction Ticket Booklet " is priced at 120 yen per ticket, and is available in sets of30 tickets for a special price of 3300 yen.
