Overview

This guided bus tour lasts between eight and ten hours and begins with a drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, a journey of approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. The route passes the Jebel Ali Port, the largest man-made port in the world. The first stop is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, where visitors spend one hour exploring the mosque that can accommodate over 40,000 worshippers, including a main prayer hall with a capacity of 7,000 and two smaller halls holding 1,500 each. Next, the tour visits the Abu Dhabi Dates Market for thirty minutes, where various types of dates are available for purchase. A brief ten-minute stop at the Corniche allows for photographs. The tour continues with a thirty-minute visit to the Emirates Heritage Village, a reconstructed traditional desert village featuring craft workshops. A one-hour lunch break takes place at Marina Mall; lunch is not included in the tour price. After lunch, the tour includes a fifteen-minute stop to view the Etihad Towers, a complex of five buildings, followed by another fifteen-minute stop at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental hotel. The route also passes Manarat al Saadiyat on Saadiyat Island, a cultural and nature project located about 500 meters off the coast of Abu Dhabi Island. Photo stops are made at Ferrari World on Yas Island for thirty minutes and at the BAPS Hindu Mandir for thirty minutes. The BAPS Hindu Mandir, consecrated in February 2024, is the first traditional Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi and is closed on Mondays. The presidential palace, Qasr Al Watan, is mentioned but is only accessible on private tours with an additional ticket cost. The tour includes bottled water, all fees and taxes, and air conditioning on board, but lunch is not included.
