For groups of 14 or fewer guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before single-day safaris, 14 days before 2-3 day safaris, and 30 days before safaris lasting 4 days or more for a full refund; cancellations within these periods are non-refundable. For groups of 15 or more, cancellations made 30 days before the safari receive a refund minus a 10% fee; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
