Participants learn to prepare six traditional Greek dishes using authentic home-style recipes and techniques. The class includes making tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves, and handmade phyllo pie from scratch, a skill rarely taught in other classes. The group size is limited to 16 people to allow personal instruction from an expert chef who guides participants through each step. Fresh ingredients are provided to prepare a traditional six-course Greek meal. After cooking, guests share the meal together accompanied by Greek wine, carbonated beverages, and bottled water. Recipes for all dishes are emailed after the class so participants can recreate the dishes at home. Dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options, can be accommodated if requested in advance.
