The Italian cooking class in Sorrento lasts about three hours and takes place in a family villa located in the center of town. The session begins with a visit to the vegetable garden to collect seasonal produce, some of which is grown by the local chef, depending on availability. Participants receive a welcome drink and canapes before starting the hands-on cooking under the guidance of two sisters, Rita and Luisa, who are skilled in the culinary traditions of the Sorrento Peninsula. Each guest prepares their own dishes using local seasonal ingredients. The class ends with a full-course Italian meal that includes dessert, coffee, Limoncello, mineral water, and half a bottle of local red or white wine.
