Next, participants taste the Lacàph Filter Blend coffee brewed using the Lacàph Microfilter Phin Brewer. This coffee tasting is accompanied by cocoa-coated cashews and traditional Vietnamese snacks such as Bánh Đậu Xanh sweets. Tea and coffee are available throughout the session. All materials and ingredients are provided, and participants only need to arrive without caffeine in their system. The workshop combines practical coffee brewing techniques with explanations of Vietnamese coffee traditions and cultural background.
