This six-hour group cooking class in Hoi An begins with a guided tour of a local market led by an English-speaking guide. After the market visit, participants take a bamboo basket boat ride on the Co Co river, offering a quiet view of the surrounding area. The cooking class takes place at Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class & Restaurant, which overlooks a vegetable garden and the river. Fresh herbs, vegetables, meat, and seafood used in the cooking are sourced daily from Tra Que village and the local market. Participants receive a welcome drink before the hands-on cooking session, where an instructor guides them in preparing traditional Vietnamese dishes using the fresh ingredients. The class concludes with lunch featuring the dishes prepared during the session. Transportation by van or car is provided for hotel pickup and drop-off within Hoi An. The price includes the village visiting fee, welcome drink, lunch, cooking experience, instruction, and transportation. Insurance and personal expenses are not included.

Hoi An Market and Bay Mau Village
A guide picks up the group from their Hoi An hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. They visit a busy local market where the instructor assists in selecting fresh herbs, vegetables, and spices for the cooking class. Then they go to Bay Mau Coconut Village, surrounded by water coconut palms. Participants take a round bamboo boat ride through the coconut forest and join activities like crab fishing or learning traditional paddling. They arrive at a cooking school in or near the village by the river, receive a welcome drink, and a brief introduction to the cooking session before choosing 4 dishes to prepare.
