Participants meet the team and travel by van for about 30 to 45 minutes to the balloon launch area near the city of Vic in Catalonia. On the way, there is a short stop at a typical Catalan cafeteria for coffee, fresh orange juice, a light snack, and restroom use. Upon arrival near Vic, passengers prepare for the hot-air balloon flight. The shared flight lasts between one and one and a half hours and carries up to eight passengers. The balloon rises up to 3,000 feet (900 meters), offering views of the medieval streets of Vic, the Catalan countryside, Montseny Natural Park with its 1,700-meter peak, the Pyrenees mountains, Montserrat, the Mediterranean coastline, and, on clear days, the city of Barcelona. After landing, participants enjoy a Champagne brunch that includes pink cava, fruit juice, water, and a light snack. The total duration of the activity, including transfers, flight, and brunch, is approximately three to five hours. There is an option to upgrade to a two-hour flight or to book a private flight with the pilot. The package includes a flight certificate signed by the pilot.
