Local-family vegetarian cooking
Guests enter a family home in Jaipur for a 100% hands-on vegetarian cooking experience. This is not a restaurant demonstration but the actual kitchen where the family lives, cooks, and eats daily. Visitors receive a welcome drink and learn about the spices, traditions, and secrets of an Indian kitchen passed down through generations. Together, they prepare a full traditional North Indian vegetarian meal by choosing 4-5 dishes from the family recipes, including curries such as Palak Paneer and Dal Tadka, Soft Chapati bread, Jeera Rice, and the dessert Saffron Kheer. After cooking, participants enjoy the meal they made and receive a family recipe booklet to recreate it at home.
