This full-day bus tour starts in Inverness and follows the shore of Loch Ness, where you can watch for the famous "Nessie." The first stop is at Invermoriston for about 15 minutes to see the waterfalls and the historic bridge designed by Thomas Telford. Next, the tour pauses for 20 minutes at Eilean Donan Castle, located just before the bridge to Skye, allowing time to take photos of this well-known Scottish castle. Upon arriving on the Isle of Skye, the tour passes the Black Cuillin mountains and continues to Portree, the island’s capital, where there is a one-hour break for lunch and a walk around the harbour. After lunch, the group visits Kilt Rock for 30 minutes to view the waterfall and cliffs, along with sights of the Old Man of Storr. There is also a 15-minute stop at Sligachan Old Bridge, where the guide shares stories about the waters there. On the return trip to Inverness, the route goes along Loch Carron and through the village of Strathcarron. The entire trip lasts approximately 11 and a half hours.
