The Jaisalmer Non-Touristic Overnight Camel Safari begins at 6:30 am and lasts about 29 hours, ending around 11:30 am the next day. Participants travel by camel through varied landscapes of the Thar desert, including arid scrubland, cultivated fields worked by local farmers, rocky outcrops, and small settlements with huts and temples. The route avoids common tourist paths and offers chances to see local wildlife. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast are included, following a standard vegetarian menu; non-vegetarian meals are available for an additional charge. Travelers spend the night outdoors, sleeping under the stars on warm bedding without tents or other man-made shelters. There are no toilet facilities, so travelers must use the outdoors behind bushes. Alcoholic drinks are not included but can be purchased separately. The tour requires a minimum of two people to start and allows groups of up to eight travelers, or larger groups if traveling privately. The maximum number of travelers on this tour is fourteen. Passports are required. Participants should inform the operator of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. The tour operates in all weather conditions, so appropriate clothing, sun protection, hats, sunglasses, and long-sleeved shirts are recommended.

Route: Our safari takes you into remote and isolated areas of the Thar Desert with its tranquility, varied wild life and clean sand dunes. Day 1: Please note that the tour departs from our office in Jaisalmer; however, we can surely arrange your pick-up from your hotel in Jaisalmer or any pre-decided point. Departure at 6:30 AM from Jaisalmer by Jeep to the camel point. You'll receive a warm welcome by friendly guides and healthy camels. Have a delicious freshly cooked breakfast prepared by our guides. Enjoy a camel ride of about two and a half hours to three hours (one person per camel only). Take rest under the shade, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax. Mount on the camel again and ride for approximately two hours. Stop at the dunes, marvel at the beautiful sunset, and have a delicious traditional dinner. Sleep under the stars (a bed with mattress, pillow and blankets will be provided).

Next morning, wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Eat a healthy breakfast after sunrise and enjoy the camel ride for about one and a half hours. Visit the Serene Oasis and the Khaba Fort on your way back. Get a Jeep for Jaisalmer and arrive at around 11AM to11:30AM. We offer shower facilities if you wish to refresh before your departure for the tour or on return.
