The safari portion includes riding near Los Arcos de Mismaloya National Park; jet skis are not allowed inside the park to protect snorkelers and divers, so the route circles around it at a safe distance, allowing photo opportunities. After approximately one hour of jet skiing, the group stops at a designated snorkeling spot, weather permitting, where participants can snorkel for about 15 minutes using provided gear.
