This small-group tour of Joshua Tree National Park is conducted in an air-conditioned H2 Hummer or touring van. The tour lasts between three and five hours, depending on the departure location. Guests can choose from three daily departure points: Palm Desert Mortons at 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., Palm Springs Art Museum at 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., or Yucca Valley Welcome Center at 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The tour includes bottled water, snacks, a professional guide with expertise in geology and local history, and general admission to the park. Park entrance fees are not included. The guide leads a three-hour visit inside Joshua Tree National Park, focusing on the most photographed spots and ancient geological formations.
