Located near Kanazawa's Higashi Chaya District and Kenrokuen Garden, "Tenkane" is a refined restaurant specializing in tempura. The chef carefully selects seasonal fish and Kaga vegetables, frying them with delicate techniques to create a crispy delight. Nestled along the Asano River, in a cityscape reminiscent of Kyoka Izumi's "The White Thread Waterfall," you can watch the chef's skills at the counter while savoring local seafood and vegetables, immersing yourself in the Japanese atmosphere. Easily accessible by foot or a short drive from JR Kanazawa Station, it is an ideal place to experience Hokuriku's finest tempura cuisine.
