Overview

This tour starts with a 30 to 40 minute orientation that covers kayaking instruction and safety guidelines. Participants then launch from Lake Powell using premium sit-inside kayaks, available in tandem or single models chosen at check-in for comfort and stability. Certified guides lead the group on a paddle of up to seven miles through Antelope Canyon, pointing out local geology and sharing information about the area's history and natural features. About halfway through the trip, the group stops for snacks, photo opportunities, and an optional swim. The entire tour lasts around four hours. Dry bags and personal flotation devices are provided. Guests must be able to swim to participate in water activities. It is recommended not to travel more than 150 miles on the day of the tour to avoid fatigue, and staying locally the night before is advised. Check-in is required at least 24 hours before the tour during business hours for weather updates and gear fitting. Bottled water, snacks, fees, and taxes are not included. Weight limits and other participant restrictions apply.
