✅ Preparation and Guidance for Participation Please wear your swimsuit or rash guard in advance before participating. If both licensed and non-licensed individuals participate simultaneously, it is possible to proceed together with the introductory diving course. For single participants, the session will be conducted 1:1 with an instructor for safety. (No joining other groups) Even if you cannot swim, you can participate, and wearing a wetsuit is mandatory. 📍 Meeting and Weather-Related Information (Must Read) The meeting location may change depending on weather conditions. Please be sure to check the open chat room the day before for any changes. The open chat link can be found in your voucher after booking confirmation. Non-attendance due to not checking the announcement will be considered a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable. If the entire tour is canceled due to bad weather, a 100% refund will be issued. (Proceeds normally even in case of rain) If waves are high and entry to the Blue Cave is prohibited, the tour will be changed to a nearby alternative point for safety. A change in point does not constitute a reason for a refund. ※ On the morning of the tour, cancellation may be decided for safety reasons depending on weather or sea conditions. In this case, the tour fee will be refunded, but please understand that transportation costs to the site and travel expenses will not be separately compensated. 👤 Usage Criteria Age for participation: 10 to 55 years old Must bring identification for date of birth verification, such as a mobile ID, on the day (Participation and refund are not possible if not met) 🚫 [Health Checklist] Participation is difficult if any of the following apply: Ears/Sinuses: Inflammation, medical history, surgical history, current cold/nasal congestion/sinusitis/bronchitis Respiratory/Circulatory: Lung disease, pneumothorax, chest surgery, asthma, emphysema, history of pulmonary tuberculosis Heart/Blood Pressure: Heart disease, heart attack, history of heart/vascular surgery, high blood pressure, angina, currently taking blood pressure medication Other: Pregnancy (including possibility), diabetes, seizures, fainting, convulsions, history of epilepsy or taking related medication Mental Health: Currently taking medication, neurological disorders, claustrophobia/agoraphobia, history of panic attacks Body: Colostomy, history of bleeding, sequelae of fracture/surgery (back, arms, legs) If you are over 45 years old and have a family history of heart attack/stroke For participants with a high BMI or large physique, we may request basic health checks such as blood pressure measurement before the tour for safety. If blood pressure measurement results exceed 130mmHg for two consecutive times, tour participation will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and a refund will be difficult. In extremely rare cases, damage to GoPro's stored data has been reported, making recovery impossible. In such cases, we will refund 1,000 yen per person to the affected customer for the photo service fee.
