Notice to customers: If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be considered invalid. If it is more than 10 minutes past the start of your reservation, we will prioritize customers who arrive on time. Also, please note that no refunds will be given for same-day cancellations after the reservation time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please strictly adhere to your reservation time. When traveling with your children, you can choose the family plan. If traveling with both parents, we apologize that it is not possible to purchase a children's plan separately, and we ask for your understanding. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women Wearing kimonos is strictly prohibited during pregnancy. The store assumes no responsibility for any health problems that may arise from concealing a pregnancy. Please return the costume by 17:00 on the same day. If returned late, an additional fee of JPY 1100 per person per 30 minutes will be charged. Our return time is 17:00 (5:00 PM). Our store closes at 18:00 (6:00 PM). If returns are delayed, a fee of 1,100 JPY per person per 30 minutes will be charged. If we do not receive your message during business hours, we will close the store as scheduled. The same fee will be charged for next-day returns. Please strictly adhere to the return time. If you need to delay the return but do not contact the store during business hours, the store will close on time. If this results in a return on the following day, a dressing fee equivalent to the first day's amount will be charged. If the clothing needs to be returned the next day, a deposit of JPY 10,000 is required, along with an additional fee for next-day return (JPY 1100). If not returned on the second day, the deposit will not be refunded. When returning the attire, if the kimono or accessories (such as bags) are stained or damaged, a corresponding damage fee must be paid. It is recommended to purchase insurance service on-site (JPY 550). For related questions, please consult the on-site staff. On-site luggage storage is provided free of charge, but please manage your valuables yourself. The store is not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, water leakage, etc.
