Participants work with hinoki wood under the guidance of a local artisan who provides step-by-step instructions. Using traditional tools and techniques, each person carves and polishes their chopsticks to complete a personalized set. An option to have the chopsticks engraved is available for an additional charge. The finished chopsticks are wrapped for easy transport.
