This tour offers two tank scuba dives at Lanai’s Cathedral dive site and other nearby locations, accessed via boat from Maui. Certified divers board the custom-built boat Hoku, which crosses the channel to Lanai in about one hour. The total trip lasts approximately six hours. The captain selects dive sites daily based on ocean conditions, usually including the Cathedrals area known for its caverns, lava shoots, swim-throughs, and arches formed by ancient lava flows. Groups are limited to 14 divers to allow instructors to provide individual guidance during the two dives. Water and snacks are provided on board. SCUBA equipment is available to rent but not included in the tour price. All participants must be certified divers (Open Water or higher), have dived within the previous 18 months, be at least 14 years old, and not be pregnant.
