The class is designed for all skill levels, including those with no prior cooking experience. Professional chefs guide attendees step-by-step through the preparation of typical Portuguese dishes. After cooking, participants sit down to eat the meal they have made. Included in the session are beverages such as Portuguese wines, carbonated drinks, bottled water, tea, coffee, and finger foods.
Traditional Portuguese Cooking Class
Participants will take part in a hands-on 4-course cooking class focused on traditional Portuguese dishes, guided step-by-step by experienced chefs. The menu changes seasonally to use fresh, local ingredients, so some dishes like Feijoada Transmontana are not served year-round. The class lasts up to 3 hours and includes preparing and baking Pastel de Nata with pre-prepared puff pastry. Finger foods, Portuguese wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks are provided throughout the session.
